All of our representatives should have reliable transportation and effective interactive skills. We are also looking for individuals who possess a can-do spirit and positive attitude.
Customer Relations Representatives
Our customer relations representatives are responsible for growing and maintaining the relationships we have established with clients throughout the Southern California Area. GRR Software Solutions & Consultants provides daily training to our customer relations representatives in our Corporate Office for the first 90 days in an effort to become acquainted with our technology, processes and procedures. Customer relations representatives are tasked to meet with clients weekly to review their account history, our support and to propose other products/services that GRR Software Solutions & Consultants deems would be beneficial to the customer. GRR Software Solutions & Consultants will also provide new client opportunities to the Customer Relations Representative that will allow the CRR to propose and install new products/services.
